Ordering and Delivery Information

TheBirthdayShop offers the following ordering and delivery options for Singapore deliveries.

Upon placing your order successfully, an email confirmation will be sent to you for reference. To ensure you receive the email confirmation successfully, we recommend that you save the email address orders@thebirthdayshop.com.sg on your address book to ensure it is not being blocked off as spam mail.
You may also track your order by logging onto the website with your email address and password.
We provide free delivery service for gift purchase above SGD 40 to a single location on mainland Singapore and only charge a nominal fee of SGD 6 if the order is lesser than that.
For gifts sending to islands (example: Sentosa) and some remote part of the mainland Singapore (example: Ama Keng Road), there will be an additional delivery charge.

For urgent orders, you may like to contact our customer service officer at (65) 6299 1133 to arrange for a delivery within 98mins. A nominal fee of SGD 13 is applicable and is subjected to the availability of drivers.

Payment Modes

Direct Debit with eNETS:
You may choose to make your payment via eNETS if you have an internet banking account with DBS, UOB or Citibank account. Simply select the payment mode and follow the prompts to make your purchase. You will be re-directed back to TheBirthdayShop.com.sg to complete your transaction upon confirmation of successful payment.
Credit Card/ Debit Card:
We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS credit cards. For your convenience, we also accept payment via debit cards. Kindly enter the card information together with the verification code to make payment. Please be assured that the card information are collected are encrypted and transferred under a secure server.
Have a Customer Service Officer to call up for card details.
Alternatively, you may choose to request for a customer service officer to contact you for the card details instead.

Change of Particulars

Any change of particulars (e.g. recipient's address, messages etc.) must be make within 24 hours before delivery. You may like to use our Customer Service Inquiry Form.
Recipient's address must be correct and to ensure that someone is there to receive the gift. In cases of re-send, we will charge a touch up and re-delivery fee of not more than 50% of the original selling price.

Substitution

In the event when a substitution is required on the flowers, packaging and so forth, we reserves the right to substitute any item with another of equivalent or higher value depending on stock availability.

Cancellation of Order

Cancellation of order must be made 24 hours in advance before the delivery time. Failing which, a cancellation fee of 50% of the selling price is chargeable.
In the event the order is delivered, the full purchase amount will apply.
